Our industrial infrastructure & construction project team was established in 2023 to provide high-level engineering, construction and project management services for the Oyu Tolgoi mine site and others. As of 2025, a total of 12 construction projects have been successfully completed and handed over to the Oyu Tolgoi client department within the planned time frame. Our main goal is to meet the triple criteria of budget, time and quality, and to organize and implement projects safely and efficiently. Our performance is aimed at fully meeting the client's requirements, at a high level of quality, in accordance with the standards of the Health, safety and environment, within the scope of the project, according to the plan, and at continuous improvement at all stages of the project. The Concentrator Plant is a critical part of the Oyu Tolgoi copper mining operation, linking raw ore extraction with downstream metal production. As mined ore contains a low percentage of copper, the concentrator performs essential physical and chemical processes—such as crushing, grinding, and flotation—to upgrade the ore into a higher-grade copper concentrate suitable for smelting and refining. Equipment reliability within the concentrator is fundamental to safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production. Khaanzaa Service’s reliability services focus on ensuring consistent plant availability through planned maintenance, timely response to unplanned breakdowns, and condition-based equipment diagnostics.
